How does your experience help you to help your clients? Experienced background in client facing roles, from looking after bank clients in Barclays Premier, working within a Financial Adviser’s practice at St James’s Place directly with a Financial Adviser. Knowledge, corporate courses and training, time spent in working in client facing roles, treating clients as individuals and the importance of delivering on what I promise.

How does being at Bright help you to help your clients? By giving our clients access to specialists in all aspects of financial advice to help to reduce their mortgage debt, protect what’s important to them and help grow their assets. Access to whole of market mortgage advice and exclusive mortgage deals not available on the high-street, advice in a complex market and the opportunity to ensure that we keep you informed of changes in the market and regulation that may affect them and provide advice in the future as and when your circumstances change through someone they know and trust.

How do you like to meet with clients, face to face, Skype, phone and reasons why? In person as I enjoy meeting people, it’s the best part to our job but I also ensure I am flexible in working for my clients and considering what suits or is best for them.

What are you main Hobbies & interests? Sports, completed Edinburgh marathon and a few different fitness events, Grim Challenge etc in the last few years. Cooking, travel, spending time with my 18 month old daughter and family!
