Sara is part of the Client Services team at Bright Advice, where she plays a key role in supporting the mortgage process through the collection and management of client documents.
She is responsible for maintaining regular contact with clients, ensuring all required information is gathered accurately and efficiently to help keep cases moving smoothly. Sara is organised, detail-focused, and committed to providing a helpful and responsive service throughout the client journey.
Her work is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and advisers from start to finish.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys walking in the Derbyshire and Yorkshire Dales, or she will be found working in her own garden. She loves cooking using home-grown produce from a new vegetable plot.
