Her role spans Pre-Application through to post-application, ensuring each step is handled efficiently and runs as smoothly as possible. Freya is highly detail-oriented and helps maintain consistent processes across the team, contributing to a high-quality service experience for all clients.
Friendly, dependable, and approachable, Freya is focused on making the client journey as simple and stress-free as possible from start to finish.
In her spare time Freya enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family.
